“We started giving monthly via auto-pay when our oldest started kindergarten and added a bit when our second started at Barton. It’s not a lot – a little more than we pay for Netflix, but over the year it adds up to feeling like we’re doing our part. In addition to being one less thing to worry about and one more thing to feel good about, we feel it’s an easy and important way to do our part to support Barton.”

Barton’s State of Our Schools and Title I Annual Meeting‚Äč will be held on Thursday, Oct. 11, from 6:30-7:30 p.m., in the Media Center following October’s Leadership Council meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to:

  • Provide information about the current state of the school
  • Provide an update on the School Improvement Plan
  • Share priorities, goals, and strategies for improvement
  • Provide ways in which families can be engaged throughout the year
  • Clarify the purpose of Title I
  • Describe the communication parents/guardians can expect to receive regarding their child’s progress

Childcare will be provided. We hope to see you there!
